Welcome to Energy Rating Plus

Energy Rating Plus is an independent Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) registered Building Energy Rating (BER) company. We promote energy awareness and conservation through Building Energy Rating (BER) assessment and certification as required by law.

As a result your property will command a higher future value upon receiving an excellent Building Energy Rating.

Assess - Improve - Save

In recent times the price of home oil has risen by 60%, gas 55% and electricity 44% with further increases inevitable.

Making your home more energy efficient to achieve less reliance on the above fossil fuels will consequently save you hundreds of euro per year.

Insulating your attic to at least 300mm and to current Building Regulations (minimum U-Value 0.16) you will save up to 30% on your home heating bills.

Energy Rating Plus is the leading, professional and independant Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessors in the energy conservation industry, delivering fast turnaround, quailty assurance and 100% satisfaction.

Attention Builders / Developers

We offer very competitive rates for multi-unit developments.
